CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (Modern Dental USA, Millbury, MA)

With our focus on Quality, Value, and Legendary Customer Care, our Centers are devoted to building strong and lasting relationships with our dentists and their team members. We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the position of a Customer Support Representative to join our Modern Dental Center in Millbury, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support customers with their ordering needs, provide technical support and communication on new products and services
Support our sales and marketing team to attract new customers
Address client issues with the items, such as quality concerns or delivery dates.
Handle inbound/outbound calls from customers for matters ranging from general questions to complicated cases
Educate existing customers on Modern Dental Lab products and services
Case data entry into our CPM software (Magic Touch laboratory software) and ability to become proficient with the software quickly
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dental assistant or hygienist preferred
Knowledge of dental lab or dental products, materials, techniques, and terminology preferred
Ability to enhance the level of customer satisfaction
Ability to educate clients on other components, such as product innovation or process modernization
Strong English, verbally and written to communicate and reply to customers via phone and email
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Valid Driver's License
Team players are a must
High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities:
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, competitive landscape and technical developments for business growth opportunities
Identify and develop a list of dentists as potential customers, utilizing selling skills to generate new business and cultivate sales growth among new customers
Utilize marketing materials and campaigns to build awareness sales potential
Strategically develop and manage territory to effectively handle all new and existing customers, while retaining and growing new and existing customer base
Call on dental office locations within territory, present solutions and communicate features and benefits of our products in order to grow market share
Execute strategic and operational objectives
Ensure operational activities and goals are achieved, within a designated timeframe and budget
Evaluate and communicate back to management market trends of our products in relation to customers’ needs
Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our company values and mission

Qualifications:
Degree in operations management, business administration, or dental related sales/marketing dental field experience
2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position, budget development and oversight skills
Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
Dental profession experience a plus
Pay: $17.40.00-$26.00 per hour
