  • Provide exceptional customer service to dentists’ offices over the phone and by email

  • Update database according to new information

  • Responsible for accurately tracking case data, while researching information in current systems

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred as you will regularly communicate with dental office staff

  • Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
