Responsibilities:
Provide support for employees and managers in all customer relation and shipping/receiving tasks; including both unloading and sorting incoming packages and professionally packaging outgoing cases
Regularly multi-task in an office setting performing duties including primarily case entry, invoicing, uploading of documents, and shipping
Provide exceptional customer service to dentists’ offices over the phone and by email
Record all incoming and outgoing cases, adhering to lab safety guidelines
Update database according to new information
Responsible for accurately tracking case data, while researching information in current systems
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred as you will regularly communicate with dental office staff
Strong computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required
Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures
Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Team Player a MUST
High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, competitive landscape and technical developments for business growth opportunities
Identify and develop a list of dentists in an assigned geographic territory as potential customers- utilizing selling skills, marketing materials and campaigns to generate new business and cultivate sales growth among new customers
Use in-person visits, presentations, and phone calls to acquire new and grow existing customer base, within an assigned budget to increase financial performance and revenue growth
Work as a liaison between dental office locations and the lab to present solutions to potential problems, and communicate features and benefits of our products in order to grow market share
Execute strategic and operational objectives, ensuring that defined sales goals and budgets are achieved
Evaluate and communicate with company management regarding market trends of our products in relation to customers’ needs
All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Minimum three to five years of experience in the Dental Profession. Intraoral digital scanning, outside dental sales, or customer service are a plus.
Strong budget development and oversight skills
Excellent ability to communicate both written/oral -high competency in customer service and solution mindset
Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to travel and navigate the surrounding area of the assigned territory, accommodating overnight stays as needed
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems
Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels
Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog
Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped
Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities, including routing internal drivers for package pickup and delivery

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:
Lead, motivate, and support employees, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution, adhering to all company policies and procedures; track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
