  • Educate existing customers on Modern Dental Lab products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a dental assistant or hygienist preferred

  • Knowledge of dental lab or dental products, materials, techniques, and terminology preferred

  • Ability to enhance the level of customer satisfaction

  • Ability to educate clients on other components, such as product innovation or process modernization

  • Strong English, verbally and written to communicate and reply to customers via phone and email
