Ivan Siu graduated from the University of California, Berkeley's Walter A. Haas School of Business with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ivan has over ten years of experience in accounting, auditing, and internal control. He has held various senior management positions in United States and Hong Kong-listed companies, responsible for internal audit, daily financial operations, and compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

He also worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in both the United States and Hong Kong offices, during which he audited the work of listed companies and initial public offering projects.
