Standard Protocol
The following are our standard protocols that we follow in the event of a question. By giving the lab pre-determined instructions, either by standard protocol or written instructions on the Rx, we can produce the quality restorations within the time frame.
The Laboratory reserves the right to use alternative protocol methods, if warranted

Should the laboratory exercise one of the protocols, the case will arrive with a "Doctor's Note" to indicate the procedure the lab followed.
