Timeline of a Case

Please allow for shipment to take longer than expected in the Timeline due to more stringent guidelines at Customs and through the FDA.

Day One:
  • Your case arrives via UPS.
  • Your case is inventoried and given a Sales Order number, then shipped out to our Lab in Hong Kong
Day Two-Four:
  • Your case is in transit to our Hong Kong Lab
Day Five-Seven:
  • Our Lab receives and processes your case.
  • Any questions/concerns regarding your case are communicated to you
Day Eight:
  • Our Lab ships completed cases and sends us the invoices for these cases.
  • Invoices are completed and staged for delivery to you in tomorrow's shipment
Day Nine:
  • Shipment arrives at your local Service Center
  • Your case is packed with the invoices and then shipped to you
Day Ten:
  • Your finished restoration is arriving in your office today!
