Step 1 - Prepare the Rx

  • Confirm Seat date with the Guaranteed Seat Date Calendar
  • Shade, Choice of Materials, Design Instructions?

Step 2 - Pack the Box

  • Do Not Tape Closed
  • Put as many Cases that can fit in each box (separated)
  • Put up to 4 boxes in a shipping bag
  • Attach Preprinted UPS Ground Label
  • Attach small tracking label to your copy of the Rx
